Politimi Giota was born in Athens, in 1984. She started exploring art -as far as theatre and music are involved- since she was a child. Thus, she committed to her appetence and natural bent within it.. By the time she was twelve years old, she was already a member of her local chorus and theatrical team. In her eighteen years she started attending the theatrical school "Prova" (literally translated as "Rehearsal" in Greek) where she graduated in 2007 from, after she successfully passed the exams of the Ministry of Culture of Greece.
 
Since then she has participated in plays such as: "The performance begins" (compilation of various parts of theatrical plays, for the international festival of theatre, photography and cinema "Hyperion"), "The story of the four hats" (Pancho Pantchef), "Rodi and the gold prince" (folk greek tale), "Greeks' lamentations: lamentation from ancientry to today " (compilation of various parts of theatrical plays).
 
Today, Politimi is a member of the Theatrical Experimental Team of the theatre "Prova" under the directorial guidance of Sotiris Tsogkas and a member of Leonidas Loisidis's Theatrical Team.
